With your design, you will own all rights to use for digital and merchandise usage. Depending on design, you will also receive your files as a PDF, PNG/SVG and transparent background upon completion and final payment is made. Refunds are only applicable if there is an issues on completion from Misschif Media. At no time, will a refund be issued regardless of circumstances. Misschif Media reserve the right to end all working relationship with any projects due to lack of proper communication. You have up to THREE days to give the proper feedback, or you will be moved to the end of the list. Thank you.
